In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the 555cx Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules, and any bonus terms communicated to the Player at the time of promotion, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and 555cx.
2.2 Acceptance occurs upon the earliest of: (a) clicking the acceptance checkbox during account registration; (b) completing any deposit transaction; or (c) placing any wager on the 555cx Platform.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions are available in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

3.1 Age Restriction — 21+ Only. The 555cx Platform is strictly accessible to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced at registration through CNIC-based identity verification.
3.2 By creating an Account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
3.3 It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the 555cx Platform is legal in their jurisdiction. 555cx makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of those covered by its international gaming licence.
3.4 The following individuals are expressly prohibited from registering or using the 555cx Platform:
3.5 555cx may require documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
4.1 To access real-money gaming services on 555cx, a Player must complete the registration process and create a single Account. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.

4.6 555cx reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide a reason.
All deposits on 555cx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking. The minimum single deposit amount is PKR 100. 555cx does not impose deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the 555cx wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within two to four business hours subject to the processing schedule of the originating bank.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two to four hours of submission during 555cx operational hours (06:00–24:00 PKT). All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. 555cx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not previously used for deposit, or accounts in names other than the registered Account holder.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. A valid, completed KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. Players must submit a legible copy of their CNIC and, where required, proof of the payment method used.
555cx reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000 or where transaction patterns indicate potential money laundering or fraud. Processing may be delayed pending completion of such review.
All 555cx accounts are denominated natively in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The balance displayed in your 555cx wallet at all times represents the exact PKR amount available to you.
Players who initiate an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal against a 555cx deposit transaction will have their Account immediately suspended. Any winnings generated using disputed funds will be void. 555cx reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts through legal channels.
6.1 555cx offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible registered Players. Full terms for each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods, are communicated at the time the offer is made and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance is permitted. The standard wagering requirement unless otherwise stated is 30x the bonus amount.
6.3 Unless explicitly stated in individual promotion terms, the following game categories do not contribute toward wagering requirements: live dealer baccarat at tables with a house edge below 1.5%, Blackjack Switch, progressive jackpot slots, and any game marked as "excluded" within the promotion detail page.
6.4 555cx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has partially completed wagering requirements, 555cx will make a fair and proportionate determination regarding the Player's remaining Bonus Balance.
6.5 Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus terms, or placing low-risk hedging bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will have their Bonus Balance forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.
6.6 Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value outside of their use within the 555cx Platform under the stated terms.
7.1 All casino games available on the 555cx Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
7.2 All random number generator (RNG) games offered on 555cx are independently certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.
7.3 In the event of a malfunction or software error affecting the outcome of any game, 555cx reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Any winnings generated as a result of a software malfunction are void and will not be paid.

7.5 555cx reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the Account of any Player whose betting patterns, in the sole judgement of 555cx, indicate professional gambling, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555cx Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the 555cx Platform, including but not limited to the 555cx brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 555cx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555cx Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 555cx content.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of 555cx intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may result in legal action for damages.
10.1 The 555cx Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555cx disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 555cx shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from network outages, payment gateway delays, or third-party service provider failures beyond 555cx's reasonable control.
10.3 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. 555cx accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through gameplay. Players acknowledge that they participate in all gaming activities voluntarily and at their own risk.
10.4 In all circumstances, 555cx's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 555cx collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with the 555cx Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
11.2 By registering on 555cx, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring.
11.3 555cx implements industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, and data segregation to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction.
11.4 Player data may be shared with third parties only where required by law, required for payment processing, or necessary to fulfil 555cx's obligations under its international gaming licence, including reporting to regulatory authorities.

13.3 Upon Account termination for cause, 555cx reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owed to the Player following review, they will be returned to the source payment method within 14 business days.
14.1 555cx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. 14.3 A Player's continued use of the 555cx Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes their unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their Account before the effective date of the change.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the 555cx Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555cx holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and 555cx, the Player should first contact the 555cx support team via [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute in writing. 555cx undertakes to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the 555cx support team, Players may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 555cx's licensing authority. 15.4 Nothing in this Section limits a Player's rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
